The spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining space with panoramic ocean views opens seamlessly through the large glass sliding doors to the expansive covered balcony complete with BBQ and outdoor setting. This outdoor entertaining area looks out over a large grassed backyard adjoining Seven Mile Beach. The superb kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas cook top and professional style oven making cooking an entertainers dream. The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. There is also a large, common rooftop area which provides stunning ocean views.
The master bedroom features a glass sliding door connecting to the main balcony with luxurious king bed where you can lay and watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning. The master bedroom has a large open plan ensuite and wall mounted flat screen TV with bedrooms two and three sleeping 4 guests each. The main bathroom is complete with shower and bath, there is a separate toilet and a fully equipped internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer. The apartment can be internally accessed from the basement carpark or from street level via a set of stairs.

Schoolies, bucks or hens groups, weddings are not suitable for this property. Strict No Party policy. No pets. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask.
