A spacious deck off the upstairs living area has a BBQ & table setting perfect for a lazy afternoon. There are ocean glimpses from the upstairs living areas and deck. Avalon is a short stroll to the beach and to the Lennox shops, coffee and restaurants, making it a very relaxed location to spend your holidays - leave the car in the double lock up garage and amble everywhere!
