All townhouses in this complex have their own courtyards and secure car park, ocean view balconies, grassed areas on the beach side, and share an inviting in ground pool for a quick refreshing dip close to the property.
This particular unit has 3 bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, shower and access to a gorgeous balcony overlooking Seven Mile Beach, this balcony is shared with adjoining bedroom 2 whereas bedroom 3 is positioned at the back of the property and fitted with 2 single beds. The spacious main bathroom also on this level allows for easy access and accommodates a full sized bath tub and shower.
The ground floor houses a fully equipped laundry and a third toilet, top loading washing machine and wall fitted dryer. The living space is tastefully decorated with various wall artifacts and fixtures, plus a large 2 and 3 seater lounge adding to its appeal and comfort. The freshly renovated unit is a favourite among our repeating guests. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask.
