The business is led by Tess Cairns, alongside Ben Aboody, and together with their sons, Vader and Maximus, family is at the heart of everything we do.

With over a decade of experience in the real estate and holiday accommodation industry, Tess has built a reputation for quality, professionalism, and personalised service. Her local knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on approach are what set the business apart.

We manage a carefully curated collection of holiday homes throughout the region, from relaxed beach shacks and stylish apartments to luxury coastal retreats. Every property is maintained to a high standard to ensure guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay.

A key point of difference is our dedicated in-house housekeeping team, allowing us to maintain full quality control across all properties. By not outsourcing our cleaning, we ensure every home is consistently presented to the highest standard — clean, cared for, and guest-ready every time.

Our dedicated management service takes care of everything — including advertising, enquiries, bookings, payments, cleaning coordination, property presentation, and ongoing guest support throughout the year. We are very hands-on in the business and take pride in being directly involved in both owner and guest experience.

Tess leads the business with a strong focus on guest experience, owner relationships, and day-to-day management. With a background in real estate and property operations, she is passionate about delivering high standards and creating seamless holiday stays.

Ben Aboody – Operations Support

Ben plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting property management and assisting across maintenance, logistics, and guest-related needs. He works closely behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Gemma Wilkinson – Operations & Property Management

Gemma is the right hand in the business and plays a key role in daily operations. With a strong background in real estate and property management, she oversees systems, supports owners and guests, and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and reliability make her an essential part of the team.

Cherie Price – Administration, Social Media & Advertising

Cherie manages administration support, social media, and advertising across the business. She helps maintain communication, coordinates marketing, and ensures our properties are well represented online. Her organisation and creativity help keep the business visible and running smoothly.

Amanda Weston – Team Leader, In-House Housekeeping Team

Amanda leads our dedicated in-house housekeeping team, ensuring every property is cleaned and presented to a consistently high standard. She coordinates all turnaround cleans and oversees day-to-day housekeeping operations, making sure each home is guest-ready and cared for with attention to detail.
